		<description>Yay.  920 jobs for Maine...it&#039;s good to know the Prez is watching out for us.  Even if those numbers are right, 920 jobs doesn&#039;t do much for the overall dismal state of Maine&#039;s economy.  Try giving the hardworking people of Maine more capitol to work with, and fewer bogus restrictions (environmental, for example) on what they can do with it, and THAT will will change the economy for the better.  The capital necessary for growth comes from lowering taxes, leaving more money in investor&#039;s pockets for them to work with.  The sheer illogic of thinking that a one-time payment will change things is a sad indicator of the lack of basic economic knowledge in Washington today.
