But what party has had full control in Augusta for at least eight years? Cassidy’s Democrat party has failed repeatedly to use the good ideas of the people of Maine and of the Republican party. Just in the past two years the people of Maine had to overturn bad laws by vetoing the counterfeit marriage law and the sales tax expansion… In short, the Democrat party has been and continues to be the source of many problems in Maine government. So let’s not give them any more votes in the Maine legislature.
