Should We Assign Political Blame for Murders?

God calls upon each man and woman to be responsible for his or her own actions, including sins and crimes. God calls upon the government to punish those who actually commit crimes or conspire to commit them. God in no way calls for the elimination of our freedom of speech or the right to bear arms.
